We asked Louise Edwards at the Charity Commission for details as to the correspondence they have from Miss Jianna Wilkinson concerning what was broadcast on the axed BBC programme Kenyon Confronts. Jonathan Cooper responded on Ms. Edwards’s behalf:

I would advise that whilst there is a right to information under the [Freedom of Information] Act, there is no right to documents (although these may be released at the discretion of the disclosing public authority). In any event, I have been unable to find any correspondence of the kind requested and so the Commission is unable to comply with your request.
